Export or delete your PropertyQuarry data.

Request deletion of your PropertyQuarry data. Download your data first if you want a copy. Deletion revokes access and public tours first, then removes primary-storage records. Connected-provider deletion stays visible until a provider receipt arrives.

1. Export firstThe download covers searches, shortlist, preferences, owned tours and private receipts, artifacts, events, provider bindings, delivery logs, and privacy requests. Credentials and signed tokens are redacted.
2. Confirm ownershipA signed-in owner starts the request, then explicitly types DELETE. Before confirmation, the request can be cancelled and no records are removed.
3. Track closeoutSessions and tours are revoked first. CDN purge and provider deletion remain receipt-driven follow-up states; PropertyQuarry does not silently claim completion.
Retention and recovery

What remains after confirmation

A digest-only erasure tombstone prevents a rolling backup from restoring deleted data as an active account.

  • Primary account, search, shortlist, preference, packet, artifact, event, and delivery records are removed.
  • Sessions are revoked immediately; revoked tour routes fail closed while cache purge is queued.
  • Provider bindings are removed locally. Provider-side deletion remains pending until a provider receipt arrives.
  • Backups expire by the lifecycle deadline. A restore must reapply the tombstone before services start.
  • A legal hold must appear explicitly in the receipt; none is assumed by default.
